there is a trend in modern evangelical, charismatic and "non-religious spirituality" that gets dangerously close to erotic love of jesus.. it's something that i first observed during my christian years especially in the lyrics of christian songs and sometimes during open-prayer times.

I think you are on to something important. I should guess that the main reason of the overrepresentation of women in christian congreagitions (JW as well) is that pseudu-erotic relationship whith tjhe Jesus-persona.
Jesus as ones personal savior and redeemer is certanly something special for heterosexual women. One have not to be Freud to realize that.
a jw friend of mine (who was one of my besties until i told him i didn't believe jw religion anymore) used to live in austria and for a while in the 70's was in the same congregation as losch.
they used to spend some time together in the ministry.
my jw friend tells me that he and losch used to often talk about how they believed the wt was wrong about certain interpretations of the bible, for example, how at the time the wt taught that the mustard tree used by jesus in an illustration represented an evil kingdom, and losch and friend didn't think that was right.
By the way...I think old Gerrit Lösch is the one who has been in the GB the longest time now...probaly he has a lot of power about certain teachings/dogma

Every "new light" has once been apostate thinking!The present teaching of the "generation" must have been severely apostate before it became official dogma..........the rank and file would not dare speaking of overlain generations before 2010!

The Org doesn't like freedom of information...the reason is obvious.
when we believe that the bible really is the inspired word of god, we approach it with a certain mindset that does weird things to our thinking abilities, namely shutting them off.
due to this cognitive bias, we blindly accept that whatever we read in the bible--no matter how bizarre, outrageous or non-sensical--must be there for a good reason, even if we don't or can't understand it.
the fault of course is ours, not the bible's, and most certainly not god's!

i then stopped going to meetings in october 2012 and have enjoyed 9 months of freedom that i have found to be jouful!
i loved learning ttatt and sites like this and jwfacts.com have been excellent.. i told the elders that i needed a break and that they should not contact me unless it was a social visit and true to their word they have done that.

Your facts and logics are undsiputable.
But...those elders will just ignore it. They are are trained to ignore such questions. Maybe they will talk about new and brighter light. They will just ask you if you believe that the GB are gods channel of communication. If you are doubtful about that you will get a foot in your ...you know what.
Hundreds of people have tried this...it will not work. It will only activate the "Apostate Alarm Bells" among the elders.
